Help and Support Requests
Open Help in Codity Platform to ask questions about using the product or send a support request. Help documentation chat is separate from Code Navigation source-code chat, Analytics Data Chat and Codity One operational tools.
Ask a Documentation Question
Use Chat and describe the task, provider and relevant deployment variant. Keep related follow-ups in the same conversation. If you change provider, state the correction explicitly, for example “We use GitLab.com instead of GitHub.”
Open the cited sources to inspect the supporting guide. An answer describes documented steps; it does not connect repositories, change settings, submit a payment or perform an action on your behalf. Where the guide does not cover a detail, verify it through the product or support.
Conversation History
Use History to reopen a saved conversation. New chat starts a separate context. Delete conversation removes the selected conversation; do not expect another chat to recall its messages.
Only share the context needed for your question. Never paste API keys, access tokens, passwords or other credentials into chat.
Send a Request
Open Requests, choose the appropriate request type and complete the form. You can also start a request from an answer when the available controls offer it. Review any included page context, enter the details needed to reproduce the problem and check the submission result.
Use Requests to view your accessible submissions and their status. A draft or failed submission is not a delivered request.
Documentation Unavailable
If Help reports that documentation is temporarily unavailable, use Requests or try again after the documentation source is restored. An unrelated guide from another product is not a substitute for the missing provider instructions.
